Cancellation Policy (firm):
50% non-refundable at time of booking.
The remaining 50% is refundable only if cancelled more than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations within 72 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

What does the rental process look like?
Super easy:
1) Book the trailer you want (at the location you choose)
2) Get a confirmation email with pickup info to unlock the trailer, hook it up and go!
3) Return when due to the same location.
No waiting. No need to sync up schedules with us.
How long is the rental period?
1-Day: Up to 24 hours (If you select a return time under 24 hours, that is when it is due back – when in doubt, book for the full 24 hours to not be pressed for time).
1-Week: Up to 7 days
1-Month: Up to 30 days
Can I pick up a trailer late at night or early in the morning?
Absolutely. We make it as convenient as possible. Our trailers are in accessible locations with 24-hour rental windows, so your rental begins whenever you select.
Want to get a head start by picking up your trailer the evening before? Perfect. Need to grab it before dawn? You can do that, too.
We can’t always guarantee phone support after hours, but as long as you have your pickup info, you’re all set.
Can I take an enclosed trailer rental out of state?
Yes, our enclosed trailer rentals can be used for local or interstate trips. During checkout, you’ll be prompted to estimate mileage for longer hauls.
Do you include straps with the rental?
No, straps are not included with the rental. We don’t provide them because rental straps often get heavily used, and if one were to fail while securing a load, it could be dangerous. For safety, we recommend customers use their own reliable straps. You can easily find heavy-duty straps at places like Home Depot, AutoZone, Walmart, Tacoma Screw, etc.
Can I rent for just a few hours or half a day?
Yes, you can return it anytime, but rentals are charged at the full daily rate — we don’t offer hourly or half-day pricing.
What size of ball is required?
*2 5/16 inch ball is required.* 2 inch ball is too small!!
Can I rent a hitch with a 2 5/16″ ball?
Yes, you can! We rent hitches for $10/day and they are attached to all of our trailers (exception our gooseneck).
